Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the proprietor and CEO of a organisation that makes flags.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Biztech Consulting &, Solutions?
Normally, we don’t deal with software, but it was significant for us to have an enterprise rerise programning (ERP) method for managing our sales and client relationships. We began with a Dutch team that liberateed good work, but the pricing was rather high and became an impediment to our growth. Aside from the budget front, they also took a long time to code.
We then worked with someone from India. While developers there are excellently capable and fast, you have to expound precisely what they need to code. In our case, we’re not developers and don’t converse their speech, so it posed a issue. Our requirements were ambitious, and they followed all we said without intervening. Unfortunately, the parts they made wouldn’t “talk” to the other parts of the software. Everything became a big mess. We used two different suppliers in India precedently looking for a new organisation.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Biztech IT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. responsible for?
Biztech Consulting &, Solutions began off adapting our existing ERP method, but the aim expanded. Now, they’re recreateing the method from the ground up with present standards. Previously, we’d made less updates to the method to atone for limited components—some options were not useful four years ago. We also worked with Odoo and ERP Community for the open rise software platform.
We’re now working on rendering 11 and are looking at rendering 12. Our target for releasing the terminal create is mid-November. I believe we’ll be lucky with the results, as we’re getting all the components that we couldn’t get precedently.
Was there a dedicated team?
We’re working with 9–10 nation. The coders are all specialized and know precisely what they’re doing.
How did you come to work with Biztech Consulting &, Solutions?
Biztech Consulting &, Solutions is on Oodo’s associate list.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent $45,000 on their services. For that quantity, they did much more than our antecedent vendor from the Netherlands. In perspective, they got a region of the total budget but did 80% of the work.
What is the terminal result of working with Biztech IT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.?
We began working unitedly in April 2015, and the work is ongoing. We’ll last working with them for the long-term.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Biztech Consulting &, Solutions got it right, creating a method that is wonderfully customized. It can feel all. If I tell Biztech that I need a component, I’ve never heard them say “It’s not practicable.” We can use settled speech to draw what we need, and they’ll expound the limitations and construe our requirements into something possible. They do things in such a way that it won’t demolish the total method when you push “update.” Instead of doing a short-term botch for a issue, they propose long-term solutions. The only limitation is the platform we’re using. They’ve also guided us on best practices for implementation.
How did Biztech Consulting &, Solutions accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The project director understands Odoo excellently well and interactes plainly via Skype. They’re excellent with project treatment and couldn’t do better. It’s an area that’s frequently lacking in vendors, but not for this team.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Biztech IT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.?
They’re extremely fast and propose relatively common pricing. You get a lot of value for your money. I just came back from India and saw how they work. It’s astounding. When they say yes, they veritably liberate.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
I wonderfully commend meeting the team in India, especially if it’s a long-term collaboration.
