Then came a change, a change that we were not lucky with at the time, but turned out to be a felicitation. Our business was transferred to a new team that has taken very good care of us and been resigned as well as being much more exact.

We had our project delayed many times, we had interaction effects with our team as well. After our team change had occurred we were put on a much better path to achievement.
Everything improved including interaction and meeting expected deadlines. It was an unforeseen turn almost that we were very lucky for. We quiet never were told what officially happened with our old team precedently, but we were lucky to move on from them.
This organisation is based out of India and we had no speech barrier whatsoever. But our time separation was 11 hours which made soon morning meetings for myself living in mediate time zone. This also made late nights for the FATbit team which they accommodated too very frequently.
