I am the vice chairman of data at Sight Machine, a startup that liberates data from the factory floors of manufacturers. We began in Ann Arbor, Michigan and opened an service in San Francisco but act globally.

What challenge were you trying to address with Velotio Technologies?
As a startup, we are fast growing and needed more team members to help with implementation. We go through a lot of ups and downs but recently had a big uptick in business and needed to swell excellently fast.

We work with Kalpack (Founder &, CEO, Velotio Technologies), Madhur (Director of Engineering &, Founding Member, Velotio Technologies) and three developers. Madhur is our technical lead and acts as both an engineer and a director. We are looking to fetch on another younger engineer to help with our growing client support office.
How did you come to work with Velotio Technologies?
I get emails from vendors all the time. Kalpack wrote to me straightly and his email stood out. Because of our quick growth, I determined to converse to him. We met up in San Francisco and had a very real conversation. He was very ready to hear to what we needed and began to brainstorm during that very meeting.
Kalpack was very lucky to prepare references, all of whom followed up very fastly. I was able to acquire more almost Velotio Technologies and how they feel engagements with clients. These contacts gave me the trust to work with them.

Working with a distant team can be challenging. At times, we have had interaction issues and there’s a steep acquireing curve. We’ve made sure they have approach to the channels to ask us questions or get support from us, in case there are any issues.
We have to work out some of the challenges with our onboarding time and our turnalmost times, but I ponder that’s more on our team than theirs. At this stage, it’s significant that we are there to support Velotio Technologies.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Make sure you have open interaction with Kalpack and Madhur. The advice that was given to me precedently working with Velotio Technologies was to form a good working relationship with Kalpack. That has proven to be good advice. He is very answering and addresses our concerns without precedently they befit a issue.
