I’m a project director in technology for a digital entertainment organisation. We have a mobile TV fruit and different broadcasters, and we show their full to the viewers. We also running videos and have an OTT platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Yield Interactive?
We were looking for someone to create our mobile application, including video runninging and audio runninging functionality. Yield apprehends the media platform and the runninging. They feel our obeyr and they built our running application that is running on Google and iTunes. They have prepared all the technical know-how we need in order to extend our goal and make our application live.
Before I joined the organisation, all the outgrowth was outsourced to other outgrowth agencies. Now we have a little team of 15 developers in-house who handle and update our applications, but if we have any new components to add to our platform, we quiet touch Yield.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
The app they created is for iOS and Android. We have a business outgrowth team, so we prepared them the requirements, the data flow, and the wireframes. We gave them a brief so they could apprehend what we wanted. There are different engagement standards we use. Sometimes we use a fixed cost if we are working on a true component. Sometimes we work on a time and materials standard as well. If the requirement is not very clear or something is added in the forthcoming, we ask for a ballpark estimation. We also have a fixed monthly quantity that we convey to their team to maintain our project.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began this project in February 2016, and the app was launched in December 2017.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They are very cooperative, they apprehend things, and they prepared fast solutions to our issues. They approach better technology to obey the requirements and make a good fruit.
Their team is very technical. A few guys have good experience on obeyrs, websites, and application outgrowth. For the most part, we’ve had a good experience with them, they’ve delivered seething on time. Even if something is delayed, they are very proactive and they enlighten us when that happens. I am very lucky with them—they have a good team.
How did Yield Interactive accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
We have different timelines for see component. We need to fetch our fruits to market soon, so we have close timelines. Most of the time they were lucky in meeting the deadlines. In some cases, there were some technical limitations and it was delayed from our side or their side.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their interaction is good. If we have a component that we want to make live, they have suggestions of how we can do that. They have a good solution for seething. We analyze the cost effectiveness and timeline of their suggestions. They’re proactive and analyze things well for any requirement.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They can increase their bandwidth by adding more resources. Again, it’s not something which is absolutely certain but as a client I would be more snug seeing resources at my disposal as and when I need. So its something I would be very lucky almost as a client but if I put myself in their shoes, I would also need a two way arrogance of ongoing resource engagement to increase the team size.
