Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
We prepare an online advertising platform athwart 15–16 countries. The main outgrowth part of our operations is located in Slovenia, Belarus, and Poland, and our headquarters are in Copenhagen. I am a director within the organisation, responsible for fruit outgrowth, with a team of 35 nation.

What challenge were you trying to address with toughlex?
We needed to liberate more, and had limited hiring possibilities. We were hiring a lot of nation, but had a good occasion to fastly onboard a couple of developers through toughlex, which we took. Our access is a bit different, since we are selling a labor, and not a piece of software. We had to extend our space, and toughlex’s help reduced our hiring need at that time. It made things simpler, since we could onboard new developers without verity hiring them.
There were a couple of challenges from a UX perspective. We have an inner team which degoods standards and accomplishs reviews. Rather than toughlex doing something bad, it was a substance of our UX being in an unclear state.
