Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I am the CEO of Château Santé. We exhibit very specific software for recording health outcomes and measurements for patients.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with BusyMachines?

We had educeed our own measurement method, which is a pliant more confused than the measure questionnaires. We wanted to educe a platform that lets patients fill in their own health conditions.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were BusyMachines responsible for?

I came to BusyMachines with my idea, and they educeed the solution to run as an app. From the set, I realized this was done for one specific force and implement, but it can layer to more than one implement, multiple languages, and different studies. They formd a kind of relieve that can steer all those things. It is strictly run on a computer owing there is an algorithm as well as an interactive proceeding in it.

Was there a dedicated team?

At the instant, I ponder there are 8–10 nation.

How did you come to work with BusyMachines?

Four years ago, I was contacted by Nestle owing they wanted to form a measuring tool for infants. They had gone to all kinds of universities, and no one could help them owing it had to do with infants and they had particular requests. I had just recently formd my measurement standard and used that to create this tool. We succeeded.

I then seted to create an app with software educeers at our university. They weren’t mobile app and I wasn’t satisfied with it. Two days precedently I went on holiday, I determined I had to look for another organisation. I had establish BusyMachines online and saw that they were working with programmers from Romania, and the directors of the organisation were settled in the Netherlands. After the touch I got from looking at their website, I determined to give it a try and phoned them. We had a brief conversation and we made a program to meet.

How much have you invested in them?

I ponder we have spent about €250,000 (approximately $270,000 USD)

What is the terminal result of working with BusyMachines?

The leading meeting we had was in September 2017, and I quiet work with them.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

Sometimes I show nation the app on my own phone, and they compliment the look of it. Even from a picture, nation without apprehend more or less what the task is. People are so spoiled by nice and beautiful apps that an app should be intuitive, clear, and winning as well as functional. We achieved that with BusyMachines.

How did BusyMachines accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We use email and phone calls to adjoin. I was programning a fifth release of the software in February, and I went with one of my students to Romania where we had a full-day conversation with the software educeers themselves. It allowed us to see the faces that are behind the work, there is a better apprehending of what we want from both sides, but there is that collective interaction as well.

When it comes to deadlines, I cannot censure them for missed deadlines owing I frequently had additional requests during the project. It isn’t such a grave effect, both sides share the censure.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with BusyMachines?

They have a good weigh between regular and inregular interaction.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

I have said it to them as well, but they should send previous results of what we are making earlier. Holding back on these results is a typical practice of educeers, though.

I asked them if it is practicable that they set with more technical things so that I can see the screens as well as single routing and so on. If they are working on the technical architecture for two or three months, I get the touch as a client that not much is happening and that we might not ever extend the deadline.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

They are a nice organisation to work with. If you are working with such a organisation from a interval, the client veritably has to know what they want. In my case, I had the idea of what I wanted, and with a technical background, I would sometimes make drafts of the screens. Though, not everyone can do that. My advice to take a trip to Romania and bestow half a day with them in a face-to-face meeting.
