What were your objectives for this project?
The platform had to be user well-inclined, fast-response, firm, meet security standards and should store a lot of data. It also has to be useful to different users and roles. Each role uses the platform for different goals. Lastly the platform should have our organisation look and feel.

What were the reasons for choosing Lizard Global?

Describe the project and the services they granted in detail.
They formd our web based Ria Platform by which we can set questionnaires almost the locality of the sick employee and some organisation details. The outcome of the questionnaire is a score on the 4 risk levels we determined: good, retirement, legislation and re-integration.
Next to that the platform provides the possibility to form a report with the results of the questionnaire and in accession an admonish for the employer. Data is stored and affable, we have organisation overviews to see aggregated scores and we can view the progress of the risks over time. Questionnaires are easily formd and mutated. Different visualisations are accesible in the platform.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
We worked intensively with 3 nation. Two of our organisation (myself and the business director) and a fruit proprietor of Lizard Apps. The fruit proprietor inventoried our wishes and construed this into belowstandable requirements and liberateables for us to justice. Het also construed our wishes to the outgrowth team. We have (digital) meetings see two weeks. Each meeting is prepared with an agenda and behindwards we recieve a sprint report. To adviser our progress we also work with Trello. The web based Ria Platform lessens a lot of time for our consultants. Without the platform they had to analize the organisation results by hand and now it is done automatically in the platform. Next to that, our analists save time by using the questionnaire to form an empoyer advisory report. Finally, the chance of different outcomes between different analists is lessend, creating more firm risk analysis for our clients.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
We adjoind via e-mail, Trello, Skype, and by telephone. Goals were clear and when budget was running out, we were noticed in advance. It was made clear how our budget was spent and why some features took more time or costs than others.
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of Lizard Global?
The work they liberateed below pressure. We did have some firm deadlines, but they had managed to liberate in time and agree our standards. It was not certain to make concessions. Lizard Global was able to belowstand our fruits fast so that the platform evolved in line with our business needs.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
Keep up the good work. I only have general comments. Because we have to adjoin in English and also with nation all over the globe it is significant to check/validate reciprocal belowstandings. Do we take to belowstand each other or do we belowstand each other? In the Ria project there was sufficient observation spent to that. Next to this it is significant to form a SLA at the set of the project.
