The Tania Dalton Foundation exists to make a meaningful impact on young people in New Zealand. It has been established to help young New Zealanders from all kinds of circumstances and at different stages of their development to unlock their talent and their best selves for their sport and for themselves.
The foundation has awarded 24 scholarships to young sports women in 2018 amp; 2019. Tania Dalton Foundations 3-year scholarships provide financial assistance one-on-one mentoring support and personal development opportunities to the recipients.
Tanias close ties to the North Shore make this charity close to our hearts and we are looking forward to helping them achieve all their goals.

Hayes Knight has entered into a four-year partnership with North Shore track amp; field Olympian Jacko Gill heralded as the most talented junior shot putter ever. Jacko holds multiple age group world records. He is the youngest ever male world junior champion winning the World Junior (U20) title in 2010 aged just 15. Jacko went on to defend that title in 2012 aged 17 and was the youngest competitor in the top eight at the 2015 World Championships by nearly three years aged just 20. Jacko then began his Olympic journey at just 21 with a ninth place at the Rio Olympic Games. By providing funding and accounting support to Jacko we hope to go a small way to making Jackos journey to future success that much easier. Jackos sponsorship is an extension to the support we provide to High Performance Sport New Zealand athletes as a partner in the Athlete Friendly Network.

Hayes Knight is a proud sponsor and partner of the North Harbour Hockey Association. The Association is the second largest hockey association in New Zealand and has a strong community focus. With plans for a national stadium to be built at North Harbours Rosedale Park the Association requires strong governance and financial support.
Hayes Knight is proud to hold a corporate membership with the North Harbour Club and three of our rising stars are founding members of the Clubs new initiative – NEXT – whose purpose it is to seek out the next generation of leaders from within the community. This affiliation gives us exposure to the immense knowledge experience and networks within the North Harbour Business area. The Club also undertakes impressive work with its Charitable Trust and celebrates excellence in the local community through its famous AIMES awards held annually.
