Once I determined to go forward, the HR team began recruiting. I set up job descriptions and tests for suitable applicants. Once suitable recruits were narrowed down, I interviewed and made my choice.

We pay a monthly seat fee, which does not change each month. Then we pay another invoice which covers all the employee',s wage quantitys.
