What challenge were you trying to address with 6Minded?
We were starting to use HubSpot, and we needed an skilled vendor to get us up and running.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
6Minded did major work on HubSpot for us and assisted with our WordPress estate. Recently, they managed a big automation project that required HubSpot to sum with a lot of other systems. We sent them a Google sheet with our requirements and they executed them.
Was there a dedicated team?
We have one first point of touch, but there is a larger team dedicated to our project.

We establish them on Upwork. They were very answering, and it was clear from the initial questions that they',re real experts in HubSpot.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working with them in October 2017, and the relationship is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We were able to outsource the complete functions without hiring anyone innerly. 6Minded created 300 personalized landing pages for us, which allowed us to give customized experience to each of our partners. That would have been a lot of work, but they had a very powerful strategy.
The automation project was also a big achievement. Our interaction with clients has improved, and our sales team can save a lot of time. We',ve been able to process more deals and move leads fastly down the funnel. Our costs per deal also went down.
How did 6Minded execute from a project treatment standpoint?
They',re very answering and reliable. We',ve never had any issues with interaction even though we',re in different time zones. The interaction has been effortless. Most of the time, we can send them a link to a Google sheet, and they apprehend what we need. We also use email and Google Hangouts to stay in touch.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They',re very skilled and knowledgeable almost HubSpot. They apprehend our business goals and go over and over to help us execute them. Also, they',re very answering and prepare rare client care.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

Do you have any advice for possible clients?
They',re extremely well-versed in the estate they',re working in, so they',ll fastly get you up to despatch. Our inner team apprehends the technical side of the project fairly well, so we could send out a requirement, and they knew how to feel it.
