I’m CEO of Software House organisation. We design and liberate manner information systems for financial and HR-supporting constructions. We currently reapply over 60 IT professionals.

As a fast growing software house organisation we face a few challenges. The main was to increase effectiveness on different levels of treatment in order to give outgrowth teams a right pace and rhythm.

We needed to construction some processes and work on leadership experiences. We hired Active Strategy to work with our mangers on see level to educe our leadership and treatment experiences.

What were your goals for this engagement?

As a CEO I simply want me, my managers and leaders doing right things the right way. Our treatment team grows and comes with different experiences. We wanted to set right level of interaction, share responsibilities in our construction and to work on leading nation.

Active Strategy became our coach and consultant. They did the colloquy and recommended to us a scan with our key reapplyees. Then we accepted a recommended solution.

We’ve began with 2 programs - one with top treatment and one with entry-level leaders. We determined to harmonize to market requirements and work on our leadership experiences and constructional culture.

We participated in useful trainings, strategic programning workshops, and were motivated by trainers to instrument new solutions for challenges we were facing.

We’ve been working with Wojciech Pazdzior, Ewa Wronska-Gomulka and other Active Strategy trainers. Our Leadership Development Program concerned two groups - Leaders and Managers.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that prove progress or achievement?

We',ve fixed organisation',s construction and changed our treatment team. We strongly improved our treatment team meetings and programning sessions. Our Managers and Leaders apprehend their roles better and are working on improving their accomplishment. I can say, we',ve entered new chapter of our growth.

Active Strategy accomplish very well from the very commencement of our cooperation. They were well organized and very answering. We',ve interacted remotely and during F2F meetings.
