I am the Head of Product &, Senior Project Manager of Smartfix30, a SaaS platform educeed by Solutions30 organisation, which aim to better technician / client interaction.

What were your objectives for this project?
The initial goal was to form a test of concept designed for B2C business, which we finally fit and sold as a B2B SaaS platform.

What were the reasons for choosing Appstronauts?
We throw a few companie and selected the organisation who had the best propose: a combinaison of cost, flexibility and good practice.
Describe the project in detail.
We create the SaaS platform step by step in collaboration with Appstronauts team and our own clients using scrum order, ie with little and fast repetition. My role is to keep the fruit vision of the platform, my team is providing specs, design and Appstronauts team is in direct of the technical choice.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
Initially, there was a team of 3 educeers, during the evolution of the project we raised until 4 educeers and a Project Manager, now the team is composed of 1 lead dev, 2 educeers and the Q/A tester from Appstronauts and a fruit proprietor from Smartfix30.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with Appstronauts?
After more than 2 years, our platform is using by more than 4000 technicians, 2000 back service agent, and 100 000 clients a month.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with Appstronauts?
After a few adjustment almost who is in direct of what, I ponder we reached the consummate organisation (see over). The 2 teams are interacting daily, separate time a day via Slack, Phone calls, Jira.
