Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m a senior educeer and tech lead on the frontend team for Talent Alpha, an HR startup based in Poland. We connect little software houses with larger enterprises looking for professionals.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Bravelab.io?

We were looking for a associate who could prepare resources to augment our outgrowth team.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

We hired Bravelab.io to support our frontend team. Each of their educeers were onboarded through our customary recruitment process, wherein they were given tasks to complete, and then interviewed if they were lucky. After that, the educeers innately became part of our frontend team, prompt to support any projects we were working on as a organisation. Mostly, the work is distant, although both of our companies are based in Krakow, so we can meet when true.

We work principally with AngularJS, TypeScript, and AWS. The team is also implicated with the Gitlab pipelines.

Was there a dedicated team?

We’re currently working with one of their educeers, though we',ve worked with separate throughout the promisement.

How did you come to work with Bravelab.io?

Bravelab.io is one of the software houses featured on our platform, so we had apprehension of their team internally. We shortlisted them when we identified a need for frontend support.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

Last year, we set a goal to educe a true number of features to be useful for an October conversation. Bravelab.io was incredibly helpful, and we were able to liberate those features and more. I work with them on a daily basis, and I’m very lucky with the condition of their work and all fronts of the associateship.

The condition of their work and the level of their interaction are both over mean. Also, we appreciated that they were ready to work behind hours to execute our goals for the conversation.
