Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I am an IT director at HelloPrint. We’re a European print producer. We sell t-shirts, mugs, posters, and other items using a particular technological platform.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Bravelab.io?

We needed more outgrowth space and apprehension. Bravelab.io had contractors that apprehension and was able to furnish a developer to help with our platform.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

Bravelab.io granted us a full-time distant developer from Poland supporting our in-house team in the Netherlands. They developed new pages and features, fixed bugs, and did other frontend work. The speech they used was Vue.js. We work with scrum, so he would prepare regoodments and perspectives daily.

Was there a dedicated team?

Mateusz (Frontend Developer, Bravelab.io) was our developer and main point of touch.

How did you come to work with Bravelab.io?

Initially, we were talking to a different organisation in Poland, but they weren’t able to prepare the outgrowth space we needed. They commended Bravelab.io as an choice.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We invested almost €100,000 (approachly $110,000 USD).

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We worked with them from January–August 2019.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

The developer granted value, insight, and apprehension. He contributed to the team as we’d anticipate from any developer. All products were high-condition and delivered on time. We were very satisfied with his centre and dedication. One time, he even granted some updates while he was sick. It’s hard to prepare a specific contact owing it’s one developer working on one project in a much larger structure.

How did Bravelab.io accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

He was a customary team limb, so if there was something he couldn’t explain or questions he had, he interacted with our team. There are always some issues with distant work: time separation, speech barriers, Internet connectivity, explaining things over chat rather than in-person. Occasionally, there were scheduling conflicts. If he had a meeting at Bravelab.io and we had a meeting, it wouldn’t work out. But that’s more of an structureal thing.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

Bravelab.io’s developer cared almost the project. Often, you will hire developers who will do the project and then just go home without caring, but he veritably cared almost what we were doing. That’s something we want in our employees, and with a distant developer, that’s very significant for us. The extended contract is an outgrowth of that dedication to condition work.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

I ponder broadening apprehension for their staff always helps.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

I would commend fully vetting the nation you’re hiring, as one would do with any distant developer.
