We wanted a platform that would streamline the work of a touch center in provisions of outbound interaction with website visitors. The platform gathers information almost the users’ conduct on the website and allows the agents to initiate chat and audio interaction with the visitors. It also allows for inbound chat from the visitors to the agents.

They built a platform to support multi-tenancy, allowing multiple seats for agents within a one occupant. The agents can then see live as visitors browse the website and can chat straightly with the visitors. They built a backend, an admin interface, a client interface, an embeddable chat, and tracker plugin for the client websites.
