We are an e-commerce platform for recreation activities like canoeing. I am a sales executive and a co-establisher of the organisation.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Divante?
We needed help with the technical execution of our fruit. The other co-establishers and I have business degrees but we didn’t have expertise in provisions of technical execution.

What was the aim of their involvement?
Divante granted UX design for our web platform. We had an idea and business standard in locate, but the technical execution was Divante’s responsibility. We had an initial Skype call, during which we explained our fruit’s goal and the commission of the organisation. Divante gave us a big list of questions to give them a perception of how we functioned and how we programned to create our fruit.
We have a straightadvanced design. There were programs in locate for all, including basic wireframes and mapping the client',s travel through the website. We knew what we wanted, so Divante simply executed what we told them in a professional mode.
Divante also put unitedly a prototype for the clients we were trying to access.
How did you come to work with Divante?
We establish Divante through a referral from a local organisation in Finland. They had used Divante in the past, and recommended them as a way of getting very good condition at half the cost. Local options are very costly. We also researched a number of other companies, but Divante was the consummate fit for us at that point.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with Divante in January 2017. The work artistic in mid-February.
Results achieved
Could you share any evidence that would prove the fruitivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?
We haven’t seen a lot of feedback yet. Another organisation is executing the software outgrowth, and Divante’s work has helped them a lot. It’s much easier to go advanced since we’ve put unitedly some good programs.
Divante delivered very good condition and acted professionally. They knew how to lead the process, especially since we were a startup made up of late graduates. Everything was new to us, so it was big to work with professionals like Divante. They told us how all would work, and made it easy.
How did Divante accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I have no complaints. We interacted through email, Google Hangouts and Skype calls, and all was well-organized.
What did you find most forcible almost Divante?
I esteem their professionalism and the way in which Divante can lead the client. When buying a heavily technical labor, it’s significant to know what we want to get out of it, but it’s sometimes impossible to know what the total process will include. Working with professionals allowed us to highlight significant elements, as well as setup realistic timetables and budgets.
Are there any areas Divante could better?
No. We got what we wanted, so we’re satisfied.
