IT Team Extensions for Software Agency
Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We',re a software agency that focuses on design and outgrowth for startups. I',m an account director responsible for project livelihood and client cooperation.
What challenge were you trying to address with DO OK?
We needed extra help for two concurrent commercial projects, and we looked for a vendor who could prepare senior outgrowth services and livelihood.
What was the aim of their involvement?
For both projects, I was in touch with their CEO. They establish matching profiles within his crew and took responsibility for recruiting. He prepared candidates to us, and we built a team within a week. All of their work implicated frontend outgrowth, and then they prepared the livelihood services we needed. They picked up open topics and answered calls.
What is the team compound?
Most of our interaction was with three developers and the CEO.
How did you come to work with DO OK?
One of our colleagues recommended them, so we looked over their Clutch page to explore some of their antecedent projects. We reviewed a couple of companies, but DO OK was the best organisation on our list.
How much have you invested with them?
The engagement cost almost $17,500 USD.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working unitedly almost October 2018, and we artistic our collaboration in April 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
They maintained a correspondent culture athwart both projects. They were congruous, and I knew what to anticipate in the second project. Their interaction levels were very good, and their English was powerful. We had a clear impression of who was responsible for what, and they were always very answering. The team was very independent and nimble and didn',t need a lot of error.
How did DO OK accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Communication was very good. I never struggled to extend them. They were also very proficient. All their developers were very skilled, but also modest, almost to a defect.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
They were a team extension, but they treated the collaboration like it was their own project. All the developers we worked were congruous, and their experiences fit the project well. They estimated the time of the engagement in each case. Estimations were very close to verity, they were professional, and their documentation was entire. It will be easy to make any forthcoming changes.
Are there any areas they could better?
We never came athwart any big issues. Their developers seem to live in different cities, but we appreciated their distant culture. If we were to hire them for paid programming or more intricate projects, that might make things more hard.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Agree on your timeline and the developers you want to work with. Their mid-level developers are fairly advanced, so their senior and mid-level limbs are all big to work with. If you need an constructor or a wonderfully implicated team limb, ask almost their seniors.
