I’m Head of Project Management in Neoteric. We are a team who determined to challenge the way that most software houses work. We believe in approaching each project as a practicable game-changer and owing of that, we support our clients comprehensively, going far over the code. Combining tech expertise with apprehension of business needs, we fix that the fruits we make not only work but follow.

What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
EFEKT?We reached EFEKT to find a UX/UI associate to help us with Product design in our inner StartUp Skillhunt ( HR platform to repair IT best talents). Though, our cooperation expanded into having reliable Product Design support for our projects. Our collaboration began in 2016, and we are collaborating from time to time.
What were your objectives for this project?
Regarding our inner Startup, the main goal was to go to the market as soon as practicable to establish our idea. EFEKT listened to our concept and helped us to take it to the next level. We knew that scaling requires money. After the lucky propel of the fruit, we were able to take the investment to educe this fruit further.

We know each other from our local network. In 2016 we were creating our leading venture as Neoteric’s spin-off, and it was an excellent occasion to try out EFEKT.

In our cooperation, I establish services like:
- Support for our Business Development team
- UX Workshops
- Creating User flows and architecture of information
- Preparing wireframes
- Creating User interface in mobile &,web apps or websites.
- Collaborating with our educement team and helping them to displace any roadblocks in provisions of design.
- Taking part in Sprint programnings and demos for a clients
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
EFEKT is more like a boutique UX/UI agency working on a few projects at the same time. We worked principally with Simon&,David ( associates in EFEKT) and other designers from the team.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with EFEKT?
From the perspective of Software house, UX/UI resources are super certain for having a lucky digital fruit. This phase of design helps:
- apprehend requirements better and transfigure user stories into designs.
- explain any roadblocks during the design stage
- prototype &, test solutions with users without a line of code
- for a client to know how his fruit will look like
- lessen the time of educement by having accepted designs
- form visually appealing fruits
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with EFEKT?
We used Slack for written interaction, Google Hangout for video-calls. On each sprint programning, we have been discussing backlog and any practicable obstacles. In some projects, we used Trello or Taiga for managing user stores. EFEKT was very nimble, helping us to liberate all on time and within a budget.

I would say apprehension of the fruit educement process and the power to fast apprehend what the business goal behind the fruit is. It’s not only almost beautiful pictures, rather than a hard apprehension of end-users ( their challenges, expectations, and frustrations) and aligning with our educement team. They are pronimble and eager to sum with our team.
