I’m co-founder and head of business outgrowth in Peersoft - Softwarehouse which enhances our associates with tailored software solutions.

What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
EFEKT - UX/UI Agency?We were looking for a associate that would help create UX/UI for our client’s search engine. We were responsible for front-end &, back-end. We wanted to help our client end to end and we knew that for the sake of having a lucky B2C fruit we need Product Design.
What were your objectives for this project?
We had some initial workshops with our client where we outlined some major features, we were able to set working on some of the back-end but quiet, we have a load of doubts touching user flow and UX in general. Our main goal was to have all mobile&,web screens accepted&,prompt to educe. We had a total roadmap of the fruit, so we needed designs to squiz into the timeline.

What were the reasons for choosing EFEKT?
EFEKT has a good reputation in our local market. We chose them owing of their vast expertise in design, the track archives of lucky projects, and their consummate knowledge of working with Software companies.
Describe the project in detail.
We were approached by a organisation with a vision to form a search engine gathering thousands of brands from all about the globe. He seted working with some UX but he was veritably disappointed with the outcome and pace. He asked us if we can help with Product Design as well. We arranged a meeting with Simon ( associate in EFEKT) and we felt that they knew what we were trying to execute more than anyone else. As I mentioned we had some roadmap and user stories in a backlog. EFEKT helped us to convey them into wireframes, create a clickable prototype and then design a total interface even with icons or motion design. Our front-end educeer worked closely with designers to make sure that we have implemented all pixel consummate.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
In the team, there were 3 designers and Project Manager. The engagement was roughly for 4 months.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with EFEKT?
Their designs and overall website generated real reactions. What we know our client managed to create B2B associateships with well-known form brands once they have seen the website. Since the propel of the e-commerce, commerce is perceptible. We got to these results much faster and efficiently than we would’ve on our own thanks to their experience in designing digital fruits.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with EFEKT?
Our aim has been changing constantly, but EFEKT has been pliant and resigned The interaction has been big. Designers we worked with have always been useful for our questions. At each programning, we agreed on user stories that we want to cover in true sprint. At the end of the sprint we had an inner demo when we presented the outcome to our client. Our interaction was mainly by Slack and they were using Invision to present designs and get feedback.

I was extremely lucky that we chose EFEKT and our client was absolutely satisfied with the results. They were very professional and pliant, adapting solutions to feel technical challenges on our outgrowth side.
