A few words almost your organisation and personal responsibilities
I’m a fruit educeer in a Swedish organisation Zyax AB. In Zyax, we are passionate almost technology outgrowth and alteration. Zyax aims to educe a method that befits the core of the self-thinking energy-efficient keen home. There are many fun technology gadgets to fill the home with today, but they do not always converse so well with each other. We began our technology rotation with the outgrowth of a really competent core and brain. Different apps for controlling your lights, heating and security method are not needed. One app is all it takes to befit energy conscious and control your home!
Desired goal
What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
EFEKT - UX/UI Agency?We wanted to form a solution for owners of energy-efficient keen homes. We trusted in EFEKT to create unappropriated user experience and user interface experience.
What were your objectives for this project?
We needed a team to support us in defining our requirements, screens, architecture, designs, workflows, and other elements kindred to educeing our solution. Our goal was to invade the market fast with our MVP. I believe the main goal was to help us put our ideas in order. We had loads of features and we didn’t know how to put seething in one piece, not mentioning having good usability.

What were the reasons for choosing EFEKT?
We were recommended Efekt by ordinary associates. We knew that we would need to have a indigenous mobile application and desktop solution. We got a recommendation from our associate that it’ worth owing EFEKT to take care of this Product Design stage. We had an initial meeting when we discussed the idea. I have been very impressed with their work. They roughly estimated the budget and we began to cooperate.
Describe the project in detail.
Our idea was to form a possibility to connect many branded devices into one HUB, which connects controllers and devices with wired or wireless solutions like Zigbee, Z-Wave or Bluetooth at once. EFEKT was responsible for Web&,Mobile design. It required a lot of User Research, the discovery of existing solutions and working a lot on combining all technical requirements into something user-friendly. We had ongoing meetings, demos, exchanging feedback. While the bulk of the project was complete, they last to make less updates as requested.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
We worked straightly with Simon- Partner in EFEKT and Przemek- Senior Product Designer. I know that aloof from that there was a Visual Identity Designer and Motion Designer who helped with some animations.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with EFEKT?
We don’t have specific data almost Revenue, Customers owing we are quiet in the middle of the outgrowth phase. We shared Product Design with our inner team and in general, there was very real feedback. We believe that adding to your organisation’s portfolio SmartHome solution will give us a perceptible edge in Swedish market.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with EFEKT?
From time to time we had a face-to-face meeting but mainly our see week our Project Manager set the aim for upcoming sprints. EFEKT invited us to their Slack so it helped a lot in provisions of exchanging information. Designs were presented in Invision which was big to apprehend better how it’s gonna look. at the end.

The team at EFEKT was knowledgeable, dedicated, and committed to achievement. They felt like part of our team. I’m conscious that this project was sophisticated in provisions of technical requirements and sometimes aim has been changing but EFEKT was very pliant. Whenever we had to push more aim to the outgrowth team, they always delivered on time.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
The designers in Efekt do stand on their design which sometimes leads to conversations. I do believe these conversations lead to a better end result where we could combine seeone',s ideas and thoroughly work on the designs.
