A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the fruit director at an HR tech startup that provides employee engagement and lifecycle scan fruits to companies of all sizes. I’ve been working there for almost a year.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with EL Passion?
Our platform allows users to view data analytics for scans they’re conducting. In the commencement, the platform was thrown unitedly to get the fruit out there for clients. As a organisation, we needed to do a complete cool of our frequently-used fruit.

What particular tasks were EL Passion responsible for?
EL Passion revamped the UX/UI of our complete analytics platform. The fruit includes data analytics for three fruit modules. It also has the power for clients to handle their organisation settings and user databases, propel scans, and poll out to their employees. We looked at their work through InVision, providing feedback and iterating on their designs.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with two nation.
How did you come to work with EL Passion?
Before I came afloat, our CEO occupied with EL Passion. The reason we met with their team was that our organisation is distributed internationally. We’re based in the US, but working with a organisation in another time zone isn’t an effect for us.
We were looking for an agency to complete the revamp without having to invest our resources in bringing on a full-time UX designer. We needed pliant support that fit within our budget. Outsourcing to a organisation in Europe provides that.
What is the terminal result of working with EL Passion?
We worked with EL Passion from September 2018–April 2019.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Everything was completed earlier this year. I emailed them just today almost a different project. The engagement was a resounding achievement. The work that their team delivered was a vast advancement over what we had precedently. In provisions of client experience, our fruit is at the top of the market. Customers and prospects have said it’s one of the best platforms they’ve seen on the market. It offers a better experience for clients.
Internally, the feedback was also excellent. All of our teams are attractive with clients and nation looking to reengage with. Everyone was blown away with how much better the fruit looked. It’s made the separation in securing deals moving advanced.
How did EL Passion accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
Our working relationship with EL Passion was big. They’re incredibly answering and open to our feedback. Their team works in an nimble mode, reacting to changes fastly. We’ve worked well unitedly despite being in different time zones. We would meet a couple of times a week, going over updates and providing feedback. We also had an open interaction through Slack, where we would send input, and they’d send updated designs.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with EL Passion?
The interaction between our team and their designers was excellent. They were useful, even behind we began implementing the work. They were occupied, checking down the road whenever we had questions and anticipating when the designs would go live. Their team wanted to see it up-and-running. Their level of excitement was phenomenal.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No. From my perspective, our experience was real.
