I am the VP of fruit for Rydoo, a organisation that centrees on journey and price treatment. Originally, Rydoo was created when three companies joined unitedly, including a Polish organisation that specialized in business journey and a Belgian organisation that specialized in price treatment. What challenge were you trying to address with Ermlab?
At the time, we already had a web desktop application that worked on mobile and tablets. Though, we needed a indigenous application that would let us propose offline features to journeyers who might not have a firm internet junction. We also wanted a dedicated team to create something indigenous for our price module.

What particular tasks were Ermlab responsible for?
We wanted the indigenous app to replicate the price and journey functionalities of our core web application. We determined to use Xamarin.Forms for different platforms. Ermlab was more skilled in edifice indigenous apps dedicated to platforms, but they managed to acquire the technology fastly. They were also powerful in helping us with tool choice. We did automated tests for Microsoft Azure, which they organized, accomplished, and maintained.
Initially, we asked Ermlab to centre on usability and frontend features. They built a swiping functionality for accepting prices and bookings through the application. They also added optical symbol recollection (OCR) features, not only for Xamarin but also partially dedicated to iOS and Android. These OCR features allow users to crop photos properly and scan receipts. Ermlab also granted the mobile picturesque user interface for the backend.

How did you come to work with Ermlab?
Our outgrowth is based in Poland, so we searched here owing of the cost, condition, and convenience. Since our team works remotely, we also considered companies outside of Poland. In those days, Xamarin wasn’t as common, so we only looked at 10 companies. We determined to go with Ermlab owing of their propose and experience.
How much have you invested in them?

We worked with them from October 2016 until June 2018.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Ermlab delivered as promised, providing us with a condition app on time. The biggest achievement indicator was that Sodexo bought Rydoo, the app was a deciding factor in the acquisition.
How did Ermlab accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Ermlab’s nation fit in well with our team. All of the interaction was through moment messaging and emails, which worked fully. I never personally met them, but we didn’t have to do any microtreatment at all.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Ermlab?
Their interaction surely helped. As they completed the given tasks, they sent updates almost how things were going. They reported issues and issues as they arose, allowing us to explain them fastly. This illustrious them from developers from smaller cities in Poland who just want to code from nine to six.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
It would be good if they centreed more on being up-to-date with technologies.
