Considering the startup nature of Block Renovation',s, the company needed to quickly develop a fully functional product that would meet the market needs.
Finding an eligible developer for a startup in New York borders on the miraculous. This could stand for a major setback, critical for the project.
Process
1. We',ve created a team eligible for the task, consisting of front-end and back-end developers, Quality Assurance specialist and a DevOps manager.
2. To assure the quality of the outcome, the team went for a week to the USA Block HQ to better understand the clients', needs.
3. In cooperation with a multinational team from the USA, Canada, and Europe, inFullMobile managed to deliver a fully functional website and a renovation cost estimation tool in the form of a web application.
