The aim of the project is to redesign the Customer Communication Management (CCM) application for outbound communications management.
Scope of work:
The scope of the project is to create a portal with a customer administrative panel, which enables serial communication management via various channels (e.g. sending invoices by e-mail). Another task to be undertaken is the redesign of the internal
employee desktop application, which supports the preparation and distribution of print messages.
