What challenge were you trying to address with JCommerce?
We had a lack of business intelligence (BI) developers in our area. My organisation sought outside help on a project that we needed to set fastly.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Jcommerce helped us form a tabular standard for a method’s reporting and analytics. They used Azure.
My organisation doesn',t have much experience in the area of BI, and they also help with consultancy. We have a lot of conversations almost architecture and areas of occasion in analytics.
We also work with them in areas of more transmitted software outgrowth. We work principally in a Microsoft stack.

We work with 3–4 nation.
How did you come to work with JCommerce?
One of my friends was very satisfied with JCommerce and recommended them. They had good condition and pricing. We tried them out with a little project, establish they were very skilled, and determined to use them.

My organisation spends $20,000 each month.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We seted working unitedly in February 2018, and the work is ongoing.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’ve been able to meet our client’s needs, and they’re very satisfied. Our client appreciates that JCommerce prepares new ideas and veritably knows the business. They are a real value-add. The team is very skilled, and they do high-condition work.
How did JCommerce accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We handle the project. From time to time, there are situations where we are in a bidding process and don’t know a true technology. JCommerce has professionals and BI developers in see existing technology.
They give us status updates. Whenever there are issues, they answer fastly. At the end of the day, seeone is on the same page.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
I value their BI experiences the most. They have a good process for verifying the condition of the resources that they prepare. I have a good relationship with them, and we apprehend each other.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They work distantly. At one point, there were 1–2 guys that weren’t attractive in the projects, but they were fastly removed. We weren’t charged for the hours that they spent in the project. We can explore when they’re not accomplishing to our contentment. Those who don’t accomplish are very fastly removed from the team. From an ethical point of view, they are good and take care of it.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
You need to be household with working with distant resources for IT projects and be okay with it. Develop a trusting relationship with their developers.
