I’m the outgrowth team lead for Calago, a software instrumentation organisation. We instrument information treatment and e-commerce solutions for completesale companies. We have business and technical consultants that work onwebsite with our clients to apprehend their business processes. The consultants analyze and mark user stories and we engage technical instrumentation based on that.

What challenge were you trying to address with JCommerce?
We needed more developers to swell our outgrowth team. The space we could find here in the Netherlands was limited due to a lack of condition candidates.

What particular tasks were JCommerce responsible for?
JCommerce supplied us with five Java and PHP developers that met the qualifications we specified. We brought them on for a specific project but with the idea that the work would last. They’re part of our full outgrowth process including design and prototyping. I do an initial analysis and we debate it to come up with a solution unitedly.

How did you come to work with JCommerce?
Our recruitment team establish them and I set up a call. We had multiple debateions. I made my determination based on the condition of those talks as well as the fact that they had worked with another organisation with which we’ve done outgrowth work. We determined to try them for a few months as a test. We were very satisfied so we kept the engagement going.

We’ve spent between $50,000–$200,000.
What is the terminal result of working with JCommerce?
We began working unitedly in February 2018 and it’s ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They made it practicable for us to last liberateing our fruit to our clients by instrumenting and swelling the functionalities of our software. They give good feedback. We do code reviews and the condition they liberate is always to measure. They brought experience and apprehension working on outgrowth projects, suggesting changes to the way we worked. We took on some of their suggestions which improved our processes and fruitivity.
How did JCommerce accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We adjoin via phone, Skype, and Google. There are always challenges when working with offshore developers but they accomplish well. They’re kind to be useful. It’s more hard to have a uniform current of touch but we’ve never had any major issues.

If I need an extra individual or if I feel that there are issues with one of the employees, it',s easy for me to touch one of their managers to debate things. I can call or email them straightly. I don’t have to go through a method to make an appointment. Also, when we leading began working with them, they were lucky to have me visit. They’re a very open organisation, which you don’t always see with offshoring.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Not veritably. We had some soon trouble with slight delays in interaction due to a developer’s illness but it was resolved fastly and hasn’t recurred.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Not specifically other than give them a shot. They',re very pliant in compliments to making agreements or assigning developers so you can, for sample, try them for a month and see if you like it or not. If you',re thinking almost it, there',s no real reason not to give them a try owing you don’t have to make a long-term commitment.
