What particular tasks were KISS digital responsible for?
KISS digital built two mobile apps for Android and iOS natively. They developed the complete backend and a client treatment method, which their team’s helping to connect with Salesforce and marketing cloud. Also, they formd our website and application form for prospective members to adduce.
Was there a dedicated team?
I don’t have an exact reply owing it has changed depending on the phase. We’ve worked with almost seven developers, a fruit director, a project director, and the CEO who has been nimble in the process.
How did you come to work with KISS digital?
I’m from Poland primaryly, which is where they’re based. To find a team, I had a few different strategies. One of which was to search online for recommended agencies. That’s how KISS digital came up. I also used Clutch to check their reviews. Then, we gave them a test project. We looked at a bunch of agencies. I sent a description of the project to 20 agencies probably, but KISS digital seemed to be the best match.
What is the terminal result of working with KISS digital?
We began talking to KISS digital in 2018. We began the project in February 2019 and the primary aim was completed. We’ve kept them on as tech associates owing we’re a startup with ongoing needs.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
KISS digital has been kind. Their team has gone out of their way to make us as lucky as practicable with the terminal fruit. They’ve listened to what we needed to do and did it. The project was charged as a typical tech project, so by the quantity of work they completed. We’ve never reflection that they were trying to overload us. We’ve always felt that KISS digital has been fair with their prices. When there was a change that we wanted fast, their team would prioritize the task and go out of their way to meet the deadline even if it was given to them on brief notice.

KISS digital has been pliant and listened to our feedback. As long as I’ve interacted our needs, their team has tried to be kind.
