I’m the CEO and proprietor of Ideal Group, a food and beverage organisation. We have a chain of vending machines that we’re installing in Poland and other surrounding countries.

What challenge were you trying to address with LBPro?
In the face of some market challenges, we were looking to educe software for the electronic devices that are attached to our vending machines.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
LBPro educeed a method where clients have approach to possible accounts. It’s a sole software that allows users to approach their past vending purchases. Their team installed the method into our electronic devices, which they also helped program.
The technology has an additional office of helping technicians do livelihood work on the machines. It has troubleshooting capabilities to fix the smooth running of the vending machine.
Was there a dedicated team?
While there were only 2–3 nation in the commencement, there were 20 teammates on the project at its peak. On mean, we worked with about five nation.
How did you come to work with LBPro?
We establish LBPro behind doing some market investigation. While we considered alternatives, they happened to be the most skilled and pliant.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
LBPro effectively established the establishation of our business, which can now grow and layer. Our determination to work with them was the right one owing we’re very satisfied with the solution they’ve granted. The software is working, and our clients are satisfied, so we’re now programning to swell to other markets.
How did LBPro accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They managed the project very professionally. They granted monthly progress reports to fix that we were hitting the milestones we needed. At all steps of the way, we were conscious of what we’d done and what we quiet needed to go.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
There were a few roadblocks, but in the end, all issues were resolved. I know we ran into some IoT difficulties along the way.
