iOS App Development for Technology Incubator

Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.

Introductory information

Please draw your structure.

At the time of this project, I was at a organisation named De-De. It was a technology incubator. We had funding from a couple of investors, and we ran that organisation for almost three years.

What is your position?

I was the CTO of the organisation.

Desired goal

What business challenge were you trying to address with Macoaim?

The biggest project we did with Macoaim was an email application on iPad and iPhone named Birdseye Mail. At that time, we didn',t have a team dedicated to the project. We had some designs and some ideas, and we determined to work with Macoaim to create the initial fruit prototypes and the renderings that were built out from those prototypes. We innately worked unitedly for almost two years edifice Birdseye Mail.

Provided solution

Please draw the aim of their involvement in detail.

Macoaim did the engineering of the application. We began prototyping the project on iOS 6, and we built the leading rendering. Then, we determined to grow the team a pliant bit and have Macoaim work with us in New York on more of a collaborative effort versus them being purely a vendor. That worked out very well.

For rendering two, we had younger developers in New York City and a couple of members more senior on the Macoaim side in Warsaw. The idea behind that was we wanted to have a global team that would be able to correspondent our efforts.

They did a lot of ideation with us. In the commencement, we were edifice only the iPad application. Toward the end, we determined to create an iPhone rendering as well, and the Macoaim team was implicated in that. They owned that process. We did have the design based out of New York City. We had a designer working with us. The vast superiority of the prototyping was done in Warsaw.

How did you come to work with Macoaim?

We had a contractor in the soon days at De-De who had worked with Macoaim precedently and they recommended we work with them.

Could you prepare a perception of the size of this start in financial provisions?

It cost over $200,000. This was during the span of two years.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

It is completed.

Results achieved

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

We ended up selling Birdseye to Yandex, so that was very lucky.

We were featured in the App Store, and have thousands of users. We had articles written almost the fruit in different tech publications– all very permissive articles. We',ve had a lot of achievement working with them. I would surely work with them anew.

How did Macoaim accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We used JIRA as the inner tool to handle the projects. We had daily calls to keep a rhythm. I ponder that',s significant, having dicsussions see day, especially for teams that are working remotely. That worked well. We also flew out to Warsaw a couple of times, and they flew out to New York a couple of times. It was a big collaboration.

What distinguishes Macoaim from other preparers?

Macoaim has extremely geniused developers. Whoever works with Macoaim is getting a big deal. That',s rare owing, frequently, when you work with contracting firms, it',s not the best genius. Maybe those companies brand themselves very well as being tech visionaries, but it',s not the best genius that gets attracted to work at these colossal consulting companies.

Is there anything Macoaim could have improved or done differently?

The time separation wasn',t mental, but we made it work. We had a big union with Macoaim.
