STORY:
We imagined creating software that would fully automate the work of the team.
The first step taken by our company was a thorough business analysis of the existing processes. We thoroughly familiarized ourselves with the duties of the team and the types and formats of data that were processed on a daily basis.
Then, we described the whole process in detail - taking into account the
data sources, the way they were processed and the risks involved. Finally, we developed a comprehensive graphical visualization of the process to give a complete picture of the situation.On the basis of the knowledge gained in the previous steps, we redesigned the process taking into account our idea. We created a dedicated program that allows for fully digital processing of data from multiple sources at the same time and their automatic entry into a dedicated HR system. Additionally, in order to eliminate possible errors, our solution has been enriched with the function of verifying the correctness of entered data.
As part of the whole package, we conducted trainings for the management board and team employees, which resulted in a change of work culture, a new model of existing processes and the ability to quickly use the software.
