A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I am the head of the IT section of Euro Bank, which provides typical banking services on the Polish market. We were founded by a Polish entrepreneur and bought by a big French banking cluster.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Mobter?
We were educeing the leading mobile banking app on the Polish market. There were no other apps of this kind in our area in 2012, so we didn’t have a rise of poesy. We determined that we should educe a sole fruit, and the challenge was designing its UX and functionalities.

What particular tasks were Mobter responsible for?
They were tasked with the design, educement, testing, and livelihood of the app. They were in direct of the total project, from application design to UX flows. They granted a concept for the app in the form of sketches and graphics. We then had brainstorming sessions through which we came up with a terminal look for the app.
The app was published for iOS and Android clients behind a 12-month educement time, then we published the Windows Phone rendering 10 months later. They also educeed a rendering for Apple Watch. The apps were educeed natively for all three platforms.
They continued to better our app, adding functionalities like a card simulator, widgets listing the latest operations and account weigh, and 3D touch and fingerprinting on the Android platform. They also helped with API educement for the apps, guided us on the best approaches for server interaction, and helped our team fix any issues on our side.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with 12 nation for our project, divided into four or five nation for iOS and Android respectively, and two for Windows Phone. We also had a project director on their side, who interacted with our fruit proprietor.
How did you come to work with Mobter?
We had some concerns almost the size of the team, but we had previously worked with Wheel Systems, the parent organisation of Mobter, which contributed to our confide in them.

What is the terminal result of working with Mobter?
We began working with Mobter in 2012 and have an ongoing collaboration. The second rendering of the app was released in January 2018.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our application has been downloaded almost one half of a million times athwart Android and iOS. Around 30% of our total users are nimble see month. The app came in leading locate at the Mobile Trends Awards. It’s been appreciated by general users as well. We’ve accepted real comments on the app stores since 2012. We’ve also determined to make a new and betterd rendering.
We skilled some bugs and crashes in the commencement, but in big part, they were caused on our side. The overall number of bugs was reasonable.
How did Mobter accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The collaboration was conducted through the scrum methodology, with sprint programning, daily standups, and demo sessions see second week.

We’ve been very satisfied with their work, which is why we determined to create a second rendering of the app with them. Increasing their space and expertise for the banking sector would be an betterment. It would help them grow and it would despatch up the process on our side as well.
