Tosend – application which makes the accountants’ work easier

The application is made of a few modules:

“Contractors” allows to add and manage contractors who are cooperating with your company.
“Invoices” is a module which allows issuing invoices and bills. It also shows invoices that were obtained. From this view, it is possible to accept, reject

… obtained invoice and sign it with the electronic sign.

“Legal acts” is responsible for storing all the documents in custom folders

“RaEL” automatically entry all the received and issued invoices. It will help keep Revenue and Expenses Ledger in order.

“VAT Records” stores all of the purchase and sales records and can also prepare VAT register compilation. It is possible to generate PDF report for “RaEL” and “VAT Records” in many periods configuration.

“Reports” helps to analyze the company’s situation as well as the cooperation status with any contractor. It is possible to connect many emails that can belong to many people for each organization. The owner of a company can easily limit permissions for each person and give access only to the modules that are actually needed.
