What challenge were you trying to address with Norbsoft?
We were trying to form a rewards app for one of our clients for their store reps to download.

What particular tasks were Norbsoft responsible for?
I granted them with high-resolution pictures of the fruits and the fruit descriptions that we wanted to showcase on the app along with their points values, which they uploaded. We also granted them with all the store rep names and IDs so they could create a backend server, which allows us to upload that template. They built the backend framework so we would be able to upload our data monthly, and they built the app in both iOS and Android, all from scratch.
It’s in English and was translated into French, and they made test accounts so it goes back and forth. They took care of it from set to complete. It’s useful publicly on the Google Play Store and through B2B in the App Store.

How did you come to work with Norbsoft?
A organisation that used Norbsoft in the past commended them to us. We looked at two other companies and determined to go forward with Norbsoft based on cost, condition, and timelines.

Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The app runs smoothly. We haven’t had any crashes, livelihood effects, or downtime. The condition of the work is good.
We accepted feedback assertion that it’s put unitedly well and easy to use and to navigate. It’s basic, but it’s also individualable. The reps like it. We want to swell it out to our other clients.
We had challenges from our end and needed changes to be made. When we reached out, they updated things for us in a early mode.
How did Norbsoft accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
In the commencement, they gave us deadlines for when parts of the project would be completed, and they completed their work long precedently those timelines. They are always fast.
We mainly interacted via email and telephone. Any time we had an effect or question or needed a change or our client needed clarity on the app, they responded within an hour and granted the help that we requested.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Norbsoft?
Their interaction and deliverables were the most forcible. They were extremely powerful in interacting and delivering results in a brief timeframe.

The condition and timing of the work based on the cost are the best I’ve seen in the activity. They are an astounding organisation to work with and I commend them.
