What challenge were you trying to address with Polcode?
We needed someone to educe a data treatment method for our clients.

What particular tasks were Polcode responsible for?
Handling design and educement, Polcode created the data treatment method according to our business requirements. We let them select the technology owing it didn’t substance to us. The technology just needed to be secure and easy to use. Their team created screen mockups and core data-collection features.
Was there a dedicated team?
We were in touch with an account director.
How did you come to work with Polcode?
We touched a few Polish companies and conducted test projects with each one. Polcode was the easiest to work with.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve invested €50,000 (approximatively $54,400 USD).
What is the terminal result of working with Polcode?
We began working unitedly in July 2017, and the work is ongoing. Currently, we’re working on six projects unitedly.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’re pretty lucky with the results we take from them.
How did Polcode accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We use email and Trello to match. Their team always delivers within grateful ranges. The account director tries her best to keep everybody lucky.
We feel project treatment on our end by collecting business requirements and making programs. The process is very clear. First, my team goes to a client and collects business requirements. Then, I copy the requirements and put them on a Trello board. Next, Polcode gives us an estimation and program as to when they’ll be artistic with educeing our requested functionality.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Polcode?
We’re very lucky with Polcode — that’s why we’ve stayed with them all these years. They’re pliant and always try to do their best. Processes are not always easy owing of missing resources, but Polcode does their best for us and that’s good sufficient.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
When we miss or lose to reply something, they don’t send a reminder. I’ve establish that they’ll just leave it alone. When it comes up anew, I check and find out that they asked questions a week or two ago without sending a reminder that it was pressing.
This doesn’t happen all the time. For some projects, the account director notifies me of pressing tasks. It’s not veritably denying owing my team should pursue up more.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
I admonish them to visit Polcode in-person, this helped us a lot. Make sure to have a good knowledge of your account director.
