My organisation is Peercisely. We',re a peer-to-peer attributeral platform for hiring. People can attribute their friends or colleagues for jobs, make money for a charity of their choice, or potentially take a attributeral premium themselves. Our goal is to make it easier for companies to hire top genius.

What business challenge were you trying to address with Polidea?
I had a very clear idea of how I envisioned the Peercisely app working, but I needed help bringing that vision to life.

Everything was built on Heroku. On the front-end side, we leveraged HTML5 compatibility for mobile and web as well as a indigenous iOS app. We have not yet developed a indigenous Android app.
How did you come to work with Polidea?

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
From a schedule and release perspective, they were always right on track. The condition was big. While there are always going to be bugs throughout different stages of the project, Polidea',s testing process was big, and all is issues were solved promptly and there wasn',t much rework that needed to be done. I ponder the number one metric that they hit is that they weren',t late. We hit all of our target dates, which rarely happens in projects of this size.
What distinguishes Polidea from other preparers?
There',s developedly a couple of things. First, Polidea has a full UI [user interface] design team that has worked with their inner outgrowth teams forever. This made things very smooth, and cut out any red tape. If I sent information to the design team, they would make sure the developers got the interaction, and vice versa. Throughout the project, it felt like they were an extension of my team. Communication was flawless, and things moved fast.
Is there anything Polidea could have improved or done differently?
One thing that is always going to be hard working with any agency, onshore or offshore, is the stages of the project behind the bulk of the work is artistic. The main work is artistic, so they initiate to rotate nation off your project, but that resources it takes longer for your requests to be completed when you need something.
