The finished solution currently supports 100 internal CRM participants, processing nearly 6,000 investor applications. Although Predica’s preferred partnership with Microsoft increased costs, their flexible scheduling and rapid response to changing requirements led to a successful engagement.
Predica met their obligations, in line with expectations. Although they struggled to communicate with all the partners in the project, they were nimble and adaptable. The team offered great suggestions in the proof of concept stage, and scaled according to changing needs.
