We needed to upgrade our technology using a new code- React. We had the same code from 13 years ago when we leading began the business. The code was outdated, and we wanted something we knew could prepare us stpower. We also wanted to better the mannerer experience dramatically by introducing new features and new UX design. The design of our website, and reservation website now match and look unvarying.

They were recommended to us from another agency. We also wanted to make sure the educeers were not 12-13 hours away. Having them in Poland was helpful, since frequently times launching a new website/fruit comes with bugs and we needed proximate help in getting those resolved.

They helped design, educe, and configure a front end and back end website. They prepared us the power to make changes (picture, text, full) to our open website through back end administration method. They also formd a online reservation method that gave our mannerers the power to make a reservation request online.
They formd a back end touch treatment method for this as well. We wanted to have a platform that gave us the power to form manner landing pages, they made this for us. They also integrated our method with other 3rd party vendors such as Nest and our employee HR method.
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
The team had one main educeer that we had touch with, and a couple other younger educeers. The main educeer was very helpful, and knowledgeable.
Results achieved
Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
Customers can form, and efface reservations anytime. We have automatic emails that are sent to mannerers at the trigger of a button. Previously, our staff was hand composing emails to mannerers.
This is saving us hours a day on fruitivity. We can now waitlist mannerers for the holidays, and send updates to them the diminutive they are convenienced. This reduces the quantity of incoming calls from our mannerers, asking for their waitlist status.
Creating our own landing pages, will save us a lot of money in the long run. We had to always send in requests to a educeer to make these landing pages for us, which would cost us money and time.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
Project Management was arranged through another agency. It was good, although we frequently times had to come athwart bugs ourselves and adjoin that back to the PM, and would patiently wait for updates.
We were not advised proactively of bugs. We adjoind through email primarily. Another tool like Jira or Basecamp, would have been big for increased awareness/ status updates.
The team was fast at resolving them, and anytime it was a bug nice to the business operations I felt they were working as fastly as they could to fix.

Documentation as the project(s) were built. The infrastructure of the methods is nice for the client to apprehend. How all connects, and speaks to each other. This was not done, and was a startle at the end. Also, shrewd if true items were not going to get done on time, or would cost us more money to complete with more than a day or two notice.
