The project aimed at exploring different lead age channels for some of our services and products. It began with a kick-call, during which we debateed in detail our expectations, products and services, competitive landscape, antecedent experiences, and many others.
Based on that, Skalski Growth team prepared a strategy, which included, among other parts, a manoeuvre backlog.
