We needed help with data migration.

What particular tasks were Transition Technologies PSC responsible for?
They are migrating both CAT data and the data from our old legacy named AS/400. They used the Windchill Bulk Migrator. It’s a tool developed by PTC in order to migrate data into Windchill.
Was there a dedicated team?
There was 1 on the leading project and 2 on the second project.
How did you come to work with Transition?
They were introduced by PTC.
What is the terminal result of working with Transition Technologies PSC?
We began working unitedly in September 2017, and the work is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They are good. They’re veritably fast in issue-solving. Anytime there’s an effect, they can explain it in half a day, even if it’s an out of the box functionality. They’re veritably skilled.
How did Transition accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We handle the project. We work well unitedly.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Transition Technologies PSC?
They’re skilled with this tool and fast in solving issues. I’ve never worked with someone who has been so fast in solving issues for us. Without them, our project last year took twice the quantity of time.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No. We don’t have any issues with them.
