Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the digital fruit ruler at a big children’s publisher. Primarily, we form full for kids, including a difference of books and digital fruits. I work on our websites and game apps.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with u2i?
A different firm built an older rendering of our website, but we weren’t lucky with their prices or what they were able to exhibit. We wanted a team to take control, salvage the old website, and get us on a path toward a better forthcoming.

What was the aim of their involvement?
For years, they were our first web developer for our kids’ websites. They used Ruby on Rails and maintained our primary PHP websites. They mannerized an incredibly strong and pliant CMS for each, which was the most significant part of what they did for us. The mannerizations helped us sum a lot of features into the API and easily connect user data in difference of places. At the push of a button, we could have the exact features we needed. They also helped select the right commercial and manner tools for our projects.
They did DevOps for some of our games and a lot of other advantageous systems. Everything they built was answering to our needs and expandable. We have a different team who does lower-cost livelihood for us now. u2i establish that team and oversaw the transition, but we do miss their experiences.

Over the years we worked with them, the team expanded or contracted to suit our needs. The team had anywhere between one and seven limbs, depending on the task at hand.
How did you come to work with u2i?
I wasn’t responsible for onboarding them. I believe another limb of our team establish them through a personal junction.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent over $1 million.
What is the status of this engagement?
The relationship began in 2008 and ended almost January 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the touch of the engagement?
We built a aggregation of hundreds of thousands of users who post over 10,000 times each month to the interaction boards u2i built from scratch. Our marketing team was delighted with their flexibility and how fast they could make changes and additions.
For a little investment, we built something that allowed them to execute veritably big things. They made all much more answering and reactive.
How did u2i execute from a project treatment standpoint?
They helped us assume an extremely lucky nimble process for both coding and project treatment. Anyone who acted as a project director was also a developer, which helped keep things moving. They’re all incredibly talented programmers. We could touch them through Trello and Skype and they were ready to use the tools that worked best for us.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
They are a consummate union of easy-going and competent. They are incredibly organized and we haven’t establish anyone else like them. They are the best outer team I’ve ever worked with. Without reservation, I commend them to anyone who needs their services.
Are there any areas they could better?
I don’t ponder so. We’ve never worked with a team that had their level of flexibility. We measure all our other vendors over them.
Do you have any advice for possible mannerers?
Give them the occasion to help find the solutions you need. Trust their experience, apprehension, and expertise. They can instrument your existing ideas, but they’re veritably talented issue solvers. Honor their creativity and intelligence and use the full toolset they propose. They will respect your needs and help you execute your goals.
