What challenge were you trying to address with Ulam Labs?

We were looking for developers.

What particular tasks were responsible for?

We’ve been working with Ulam Labs for 2–3 years, and they’ve befit almost a part of our organisation. They’re an outer team, but they work with us continuously.

When we began the collaboration, Konrad (Co-owner, Ulam Labs) reviewed all our processes and gave me advice on what we should change. They were implicated in edifice payment processes and fixing bugs. They granted backend web outgrowth using different technologies, usually for new features, but also for bug fixing. We have in-house Python developers, and our website is built on Django, so this is our main centre. They’ve also proposed a lot of new technologies. Some of the features they’ve developed include an automatic payment method for our clients, a new fidelity business module, and a prepaid SIM card registration process done in-app.

Was there a dedicated team?

We worked with three senior developers from their team in the commencement. We’re currently using two, but we will add another limb anew soon.

How did you come to work with Ulam Labs?

I establish Konrad on LinkedIn and establish out that he was working in the same edifice as us, on the same floor. Are there any measureable or plum results?

I accepted feedback from my team of 20–25 nation, including developers, project managers, and fruit owners. Ulam is a professional team, and time is not an effect for them, if they have to stay longer, work harder, and work faster, they will do it. They’re always prepared and centreed.

How did Ulam Labs accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We worked on a one project in the commencement while we were getting to know each other, but we later began to work in Scrum, and they became implicated at each level of the outgrowth. There was no set area where we used Ulam, we could use them seewhere.

They are seniors so they have a lot of experience, and they work in a professional way. We prepare the right kind of atmosphere for them, but, had the process on our side not been prepared well, they would have mentioned it. From my point of view, Ulam requires a professional atmosphere and work process.

We’re not working within the same edifice anymore, but they’re quiet on time when they visit. They visit us a few times per week. Aside from this, we use email and moment messaging like Slack. They’re always useful, including weekends and holidays.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

They have senior developers, and, although they’re an outer organisation, they’re dedicated to the work. Much of their work is kindred to client labor and enjoyment. We’re a client-oriented organisation, and they know and apprehend this. They fix a lot of little effects and bugs, and this hasn’t been a issue for Ulam. They ponder almost the contentment of the end user, they take this into account, and they’re also excellently fruit-oriented, which is nice.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

Ulam is a big team, and I regret that they’re not part of my own team. They’re firm and they want to have long collaborations with their clients, but professional engagement is different with an outer organisation than it is with an inner team.
