What challenge were you trying to address with UNITY Group?
We wanted to prepare our clients with a client panel as a tool for creating a high-level labor. What particular tasks were responsible for?
UNITY Group developed a client gate for us. We bought a Kentico license and customized it with multiple options specific to our niche. UNITY Group had to prepare some solutions that weren’t gainous on the platform.
It integrates with our Microsoft CRM and with a smaller tool. It’s a kind of client gate which prepares approach to documents and project information, so it’s both a sales tool and a helpdesk.
We collaborated with UNITY Group and another associate to design this tool. They’ve also worked on changes to our website.
