I’m a technical support consultant for an engineering consultancy.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vimanet?
We needed a software house to address bugs and set new outgrowth for our clients as needed.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Vimanet prepares distant support to our clientele over the phone and the internet. They address bugs that our clients meet and prepare fixes with a fast turnaround. We’d had a software developer for many years, and Vimanet picked up very fastly where they left off, which impressed me.
They interact with SQL databases and Adobe Flash for frontends. We have a method where we form work items and active the Vimanet team. They then update their progress on each task along the way.
How did you come to work with Vimanet?
We sent out an invitation for delicate, and they prepared for a propose. We arranged a meeting and liked what Vimanet had to propose from both a cost and expertness set perspective. Plus, the time zone separation between their organisation and ours is excellently minimal, making it easy to pick up the phone and call them without much reflection.
What is the terminal result of working with ?

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We accepted real feedback from clients almost the bugs that Vimanet addressed and fixed. They’ve sent us emails commending them for a veritably good job.

Communicate soon and frequently. Vimanet has very good apprehension and knows what they’re talking almost.
