A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
Translink has been the structure behind the OV chip card since 2001. We connect open transport structures, journeyers, and journey in the field of payment. We process about 2.6 billion transactions per year. For this project, I was the project director.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Vimanet?
Our vendor platform and corporate website were outdated and hard to handle its rights, roles, and security. We occupied Vimanet to form new simplified versions of the platform and website`.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Vimanet built a platform for vendors and clients using Extranet. For the corporate website, we wanted to use a cloud-based platform, so we chose Microsoft Azure. Vimanet designed and developed both products.
What is the team compound?
We met with Krysztof (CEO and Owner, Vimanet) and Łucasz (COO, Vimanet) at leading. 2–3 nation worked on each project.
How did you come to work with Vimanet?
We used a third-party organisation to send out an RFP. Based on their brieflist, we held some video calls and narrowed down our search to two companies. Vimanet won out owing they proposeed a lasting solution and their calls made us feel at ease with their power to get the job done.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked with them on this project from July 2018–January 2019. They last to prepare support and work on further developing the platforms.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We were able to prepare our vendors and clients an updated platform. Our corporate website also better represents our organisation’s picture. Both web products are easy to use and update. We program to add new features going advanced. The project ran smoothly from set to complete. We collaborated principally through Microsoft Teams. Vimanet prepared brief interaction lines so we could propose customary feedback on their work and they could make adjustments fastly. It enabled flexibility and structure. Their team also reminded us of items that our end needed to liberate.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with
Vimanet simplified intricate environments into easy-to-use solutions. Managing rights and roles is much more straightadvanced for us in the client and vendor platform. We’re thrilled with Vimanet’s work.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, we addressed any issues that arose without. The team made collaboration straightadvanced and seamless.
Any advice for possible clients?
Despite the interval between our teams, we got to meet with Krysztof and Łucasz in individual at our offices. It made a distant collaboration that much easier.
