I’m one of the co-founders of Magello, which helps tour operators book tours immediately and without a hassle. We saw an occasion to make their life easier by focusing on growing their business instead of day to day operations kindred to bookings.

After completing the design of the app, they used the Scrum process in two-week sprints to educe the UX. We got a new repetition of the fruit at the end of each sprint. That allowed us to test it with our soon adopters. They gathered feedback in order to instrument certain changes in later phases.
