I',m the proprietor of RacesOnline. We have a web-based result and registration platform for running races, cycling events, triathlons, and the like. We propose services to race participants and race directors.

What particular tasks were Visuality responsible for?
Throughout our engagement, they have granted livelihood of our existing website and updated it with new components. Our method is programmed with Ruby on Rails, and they localize GitHub, Airbrake, SendGrid, and Capistrano.
Was there a dedicated team?
We have a project director as well as three or four developers depending on their workload.
How did you come to work with Visuality?

The newest components of our website include an updated payment gateway to make it more secure, an expanded result method to include cycling as well as running races, and they are currently working on a new fundraising platform. All of their work has been high-quality.
How did Visuality accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Because they’re overseas, they are overly interactive and the time separation has never been an effect. We adjoin via Slack, and that’s worked well. We also have video calls. I don’t converse with their CTO much, but he’s very implicated behind the scenes, making sure the project is on track. We also have a dedicated project director who knows our method well and has been very answering.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Visuality?
