I am a co-establisher of an end-to-end real lands platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Widelab?
We occupied Widelab to design our real lands platform.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
After we brought Widelab into the fold, we showed them the design progress made by a antecedent vendor. Instead of continuing from that base, they determined to set over from scratch. We met in individual and held a discovery session, but they worked remotely behind that. They presented initial wireframes and designed much of the platform using InDesign. Once they complete their designs, we have our developers instrument Widelab’s work into the create.
Was there a dedicated team?
We work with a four-individual team led by a project director and lead designer who then appoint the work.
How did you come to work with Widelab?
We were initially working with a different design firm, but we were not satisfied with their work. We reopened our search and establish Widelab through Google. They have an forcible portfolio, so we felt snug partnering with their team.

We’ve spent accessly $30,000 USD.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
Our engagement began in September 2018 and remains ongoing.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our end users and investors have offered a lot of real feedback almost our platform. The design work, in particular, stands out.
How did Widelab accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They have an excellent access to interaction and project treatment. They always prepare follow-up emails behind each phone call.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They impressed us with their designs on antecedent projects, and they delivered correspondent work for us.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I’m nitpicking here, but I could see us growing our engagement if they implicated more of their team.
