Colleagues:

Most agency owners think their business will scale itself.

The truth is, I learned the hard way that it doesn't.

I've helped 500+ brand names generate a combined $700M in revenue and 500M+ downloads, as founder of Neon Roots. We’ve worked with companies like MasterClass, Spotify and Google to scale their code and their revenue.

I was named a Forbes Top 15 Influencer, got an Inc. 30 Under 30 award and taught the first-ever university course on augmented reality @ USC.

Before leaving my last agency (Rootstrap) I grew the business to 8 figures in billings, expanded to 150+ full-time employees across 3 continents and landed us on the Inc. 5000 list 3 years in a row.

Now, I'm in full-time coaching mode...

Why coaching?

— I attribute 100% of my success to my executive coaches — Agency owners need help creating predictable pipelines (more important than ever)

— I know how to hunt for top talent and build a killer sales/marketing team that enables business owners to take a step back

— You don't scale to 8 figures waiting for clients to come to you

“No one expects a tennis player to become the next Serena without coaching. Why would the next great CEO be any different?"

I've personally been a part of two exits, one international merger, and 500+ digital product launches (Rootstrap and Neon Roots). I'm more than equipped to play your CTO, life coach, or therapist. Whether you need help hiring a rockstar sales manager, creating a marketing department that consistently hits revenue goals, adding more notable client logos to your website, improving client acquisition, budgeting or getting paid to scope projects, I'm here to be your guide.

My goal with coaching is simple: teach creative business owners how to turn their agency into an investable and sellable asset worth 8 figures or more.
