Our organisation owns and maintains job market platform for part-time jobs in Toronto, Canada. I am founder and CEO of the organisation and I am responsible for overall organisation strategy and treatment of nation.

We agreed on the platform and methodology/infrastructure which we will use precedently the outgrowth began so both, work produced by us and work produced by A2 design, could be consistent and put unitedly as puzzle pieces at the end of the outgrowth.

We used online investigation and personal meetings/interviews to select our vendor. We attended 5 companies. There were two main deciding factors:
- The vendor will share with us the preferred platform and coding infrastructure which we program to use to create our web platform
- The vendor will propose a competitive cost that is within our budget I was implicated in the process unitedly with two of my associates who are responsible for the technical side of the fruit outgrowth.

We granted a module by module table and flow documentation of each of our features unitedly with an acorganisationing UX/UI graphical documentation. Key features:
- in-app messaging
- advance filtering
- manner made availability scheduling
- login and profile outgrowth
Vendor has also granted us with Q&,A labors.
Were there any dedicated handlers or teams that you worked with?
Vendor',s team:
- Account Manager
- Two main developers (backend and frontend)
- A few additional developers for some of the smaller tasks
Size of the team changed over time and one of the main developers had to be substituted with another developer to complete the work.

I do not occupy any metrics that could support any specific value or contact that the project had on our businesses.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
Collaboration was excellently powerful most of the time. Slack was our main platform for interaction. There were no issues caused by a speech barrier.
