We are a French organisation in the DIY retail area. I',m a project director working on intranet methods for the organisation.

What challenge were you trying to address with ADV?
We',ve done a number of projects with them. The leading one implicated the design and outgrowth of our inner gate for employees, and the second one was creating an inner collective network from scratch.

What particular tasks were ADV responsible for?
They created a number of features for our intranet method, such as a estimation method for our organisation',s employees along with benefits connected to our key accomplishment indicators. These are taken from different methods which are not connected to the gate. After a number of estimations within the gate, the information is delivered to employees, so that everyone can see their bonuses in near-real-time.
What is the team dynamic?
We have a five-to-six-person team, depending on the project, and we only adjoin with the project director.
How did you come to work with ADV?
A number of years ago, we did some investigation in Russia for companies with good SharePoint outgrowth experience. ADV had the best reputation in the country at the time, so we chose them.

We began working with ADV four years ago, about July 2013.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We accepted what we wanted, with the gate we designed and developed delivered on time and within the programned budget. I',m generally satisfied working with ADV, but the feedback depends on the time. At the time of completing the revamp, our organisation was a bit old-fashioned, with many methods from the ‘80s. The new, present method came as a startle to the staff. Many nation were not lucky initially, but we conducted investigation a year ago and establish that about 75% of employees are generally satisfied with our solution.
The network is being used by 25,000 employees, so it’s excellently big.
How did ADV accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
At the commencement of our collaboration, the level of labor was big, but, unfortunately, it has decreased a bit since then. It wasn’t dramatic, but I am less satisfied now than two years ago. We’ve had four project directors during the collaboration, and the results depended on the personality of each one. Three of them were good, and one was not.

They developed a couple of new labors, including a big catalog of business intelligence labors that we now propose. Additionally, ADV revamped the search engine and did lots of modifications in our previously developed software.

We had the same developers, but the project treatment team changed fully. Since the last review, we changed two or three project directors. Currently, we’re satisfied with them.

We pay them on a monthly basis.
